Last year, we introduced you to Brokermint, an all-in-one back office platform that was just emerging as a serious contender in its niche.
The article came right at the moment of Brokermint's "coming of age," so to speak, when the company was adding the crucial features—like eSignature support—that made it competitive with established tools in the back office space.
A lot has happened in the intervening months, and Brokermint is now well down the path to maturity. They've spent the past year adding refining the platform, adding new functionalities, and making their reports even smarter.
So what's new? Here's our exhaustive list of all the latest improvements from Brokermint:
Brokermint offers integrations with all kinds of different real estate tools—and now you can add Dropbox to that list.
The new integration is automated so that whenever a transaction is closed in Brokermint, it's automatically backed up to Dropbox. Each transaction archive contains all of your documents, a copy of the transaction, and the audit log in a single zip file.
Have more than one office and need to move transactions between offices? Now you can in just a few clicks:
What if you have more than one person working on a transaction, and you need all of them to receive task deadline notifications? Brokermint's new system update lets anyone added as a user or contact within a transaction receive alerts, so your team never misses another important deadline again.
Brokermint comes with a handy task management feature, and now it's giving users more flexibility in how tasks within its transactions checklists are set up.
Previously, the system only offered four dates (listing, expired, closed and cancelled) to link an individual task to. Now users can link task deadlines to any custom dates created in transaction fields:
Some of your documents may require that at least one checkbox is selected. Now users can add the requirement for one or more boxes to be checked. This is easy to do—just click to create a box around the group of boxes that need to have a least one checkmark.
There you have it—all the latest updates to Brokermint's transaction, commission, and accounting platform.
