springTrue to the old adage, March came in like a lion, pummeling much of the nation with a final wintry blast. Here in California, the month brought only a few paltry rain showers--not nearly enough to end our record drought or the water restrictions in many communities. It's probably safe to say that most of us are glad that April's here.

March wasn't all bad, however.
